More from Maurach and Hotel Klingler

Some more pictures of this beautiful place tucked away in the Alps.
Some hot chick posing in front of some cool old buildings.
Our view from out dinner table on night two.
On a great little romantic walk.

This cute little house has a cool poem painted on the side.  A rough paraphrasing of the translation would be "This house doesn't belong to me, the person after me or the person after them.  We are all just visitors to this little slice of heaven that God let fall from heaven."  What a perfect saying on a house in such a beautiful place that has been there for a couple hundred years and will no doubt be there for a couple hundred more.

Heather is infatuated with the way they stack wood here.  This isn't even the best pile of wood (not by a long shot)
This cute little train brings people up from the village below to ride the boat around the lake.

A beautiful hotel in one of the other villages surrounding the lake.

A sail boat, on this beautiful clear water.  The only motorized boats on the lake were the two large fairies giving tours and some little two person boats that had what were probably trolling motors.  We have seen speed boats on the rivers and other lakes so we think they have regulations preventing this from turning into a speed boat and water skiing mess.  Even though it is in the Alps, they are not very high altitude.  This lake was about 2,000 feet above sea level.

The view from the back of our tour boat towards the end of the lake where we stayed at Hotel Klingler. Hotel Klingler would actually be around the corner to the left.
