August 3: Dachau

Today we left Munich and drove to Dachau.  Dachau was a concentration camp.  It was a sobering experience.

When you enter the camp, you have to enter the gate the prisoners entered.  This means, "work will set you free."

These are bunkers the prisoners slept in.
